Mutton Bone Soup
You will need –
- The bones set aside from the leg or shoulder used for the roast, additional bone pieces available at the butcher for making soup
- 1 medium sized onion
- salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped Coriander Leaves (optional)
- Crack the bones if possible. Place in a deep pan, add 8 cups water, sliced onion, 4 pepper corns. Pressure cook for 40 minutes. Remove and strain.
- While serving, heat up, add salt and pepper. Garnish it with Chopped Coriander Leaves.
