Sweet and Sour Lemon Pickle Recipe
- 10 large yellow lemons
- 1 cup salt
- 1 cup sugar
- ½ cup vinegar
- 1 tbsp powdered Garam Masalas
- 1 tbsp powdered Zeera (Cumin Seeds)
- 2 tbsp Chili powder
- Cut lemons into fine slices, add the salt,
- Now, pour out into a glass jar and keep in the sun for 4 days.
- After 4 days, add all the other ingredients and mix well
- Again pour out into glass jar and keep in the sun for another 4 days before using.
