Aloo/Potato Bhaji

You will need –

  • 750 gms potatoes
  • 1 cup powder of roasted and peeled peanuts
  • 4 green chilies
  • 3 tblsp. Ghee
  • 1/2 tsp. cumin seeds
  • salt and chili powder to taste

Method:

  • Boil the potatoes. Allow to cool.
  • Then peel and cut them in small pieces.
  • Heat ghee, add the cumin seeds, and chili pieces.
  • When chilies change colour, add the potatoes, fry well.
  • Add peanut powder, salt and chili powder, mix well and remove.
