Radish Flavored Curd/Mooli Raita
Radish give a crunchy, sharp and peppery flavor in this preparation.
- Grate 1 cupful radish. Salt and leave to drain for half an hour.
- Squeeze out the excess water and add to the curds along with salt, pepper, 2 finely chopped green chilies and 1 teaspoon mint powder.
- Sharpen with lemon juice if you like.
