Fried Poppadoms/Papad with Pepper and Coriander
You will need –
- One small or 1/2 large papad per person
- Black pepper powder
- Finely chopped coriander leaves (2 tblsp).
Cut the papads into 4 pieces each, and deep fry them. Drain on a paper. Sprinkle each piece with pepper and coriander leaves.
