Hot and Sour Lamb Soup
Ingredients (Serves 5)
- 1 cup cooked shredded lamb
- 6 cups mutton stock
- 1/2 tsp ajino motto
- 4 tsp soya sauce
- 1 tbsp cornflour dissolved in 1/4 cup water
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Mix stock with vinegar, spices, sauce and cornflour. Con till thick. Mix in the eggs slowly stirring all the time. Put in the lamb and serve at once.

सिरका, मसाले, सॉस और कॉर्नफ्लोर के साथ मिक्स स्टॉक तैयार करें। मोटे होने तक कोन बना के मोड़ें । अंडे में मिलाएं, धीरे-धीरे हिलाते रहे । मीट में डालें और एक बार परोसें।
