Egg Parantha


  • Make a mixture of beaten egg
  • chopped green chili and coriander leaves
  • salt to taste


  1. Make a dough of whole wheat flour.
  2. Roll out two phulkas. Put one on a shallow pan on medium heat.
  3. Spread some egg mixture on it.
  4. Lay another phulka on it and press down the edges to close them.
  5. Shallow fry on both sides till golden and crisp.
