“Pineapple Jam”, “पाइनएप्पल जैम”
- 2 kg Pineapple
- 2 kg Sugar
- Juice of 2 lemons
- Peel the pineapple and grate it well.
- Then pour pulp into a heavy steel pan.
- Cook pineapple pulp with water on medium-low flame until the pineapple is soft, about 20 minutes.
- After it add sugar and lemon juice and stir it constantly till thick and pulpy.
- Now turn off the flame.
- Allow jam to cool completely after then pour it into a glass jar.
- And store it in a refrigerator.
