 “Pineapple Jam”, “पाइनएप्पल जैम



Pineapple Jam

  • 2 kg Pineapple
  • 2 kg Sugar
  • Juice of 2 lemons


  • Peel the pineapple and grate it well.
  • Then pour pulp into a heavy steel pan.
  • Cook pineapple pulp with water on medium-low flame until the pineapple is soft, about 20 minutes.
  • After it add sugar and lemon juice and stir it constantly till thick and pulpy.
  • Now turn off the flame.
  • Allow jam to cool completely after then pour it into a glass jar.
  • And store it in a refrigerator.
