Sugarcane Juice Cocktail
- 4 cups sugarcane juice
- 4 cups cold milk
- 2 inch ginger
- Cumin seed powder
- Crush the ginger and extract juice.
- Mix the sugarcane juice, ginger juice and milk.
- Season with cumin seed powder
- Add ice and serve.
- You can make ice cubes in advance and put them in plastic has store them in the freezer.
