Chicken Vegetable Soup

Ingredients (Serves 5) 

  • 6 cups chicken stock
  • 1/4 cup bean sprouts
  • 1/4 cup water chestnuts, sliced
  • 1/4 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
  • 1/4 cup celery chopped
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 tbsp soya sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Heat stock, add vegetables and boil for 10 minutes. Pour in the eggs slowly stirring all the time. Add soya sauce salt and pepper. Serve hot.
