Coriander Chutney with Mint leaves
For Chutney, you will need –
1 cup chopped coriander leaves, 1/2 cup mint leaves, 4 to 5 green chillies, salt, juice of 1/2 lemon.
Method: Grind on the mortar and pestle; or use the mixer. Make a smooth paste, sprinkling water as required. Add the lemon juice.
Coriander Chutney with Coconut
You will need –
1 cup chopped coriander leaves, 6 green chillies, 1/4 inch ginger, 6 petals garlic, 1/2 grated coconut, juice of 1/2 lemon, salt.
Grind all the ingredients on the grinding stone or in the mixer, adding as little water as possible till a smooth thick paste is obtained, squeeze the lemon, mix and grind once again.
