  • Sprout ½ cup whole green gram.
  • Add to the curds along with 1-2 finely chopped green chilies, teaspoons cumin powder, salt and pepper to taste and the juice of 1 lime.

  • Check seasoning and add ½ teaspoon sugar if needed
