Carrot in Curd
You will need –
- 250 gms carrots
- 1 tsp. powdered mustard
- salt and sugar to taste
- 1 cup thick curd (tie 1- 1/2 cup curd in a cloth for 10 minutes to drain some water).
- Scrape and grate the carrots. Put the grated carrots in boiling water, boil for two minutes.
- Remove and drain.
- Whip the curd and mustard powder together.
- Add salt and sugar. Mix the curd mixture and carrot. Mix well, keep in a cool place.
