Carrot in Curd

You will need –

  • 250 gms carrots
  • 1 tsp. powdered mustard
  • salt and sugar to taste
  • 1 cup thick curd (tie 1- 1/2 cup curd in a cloth for 10 minutes to drain some water).


  1. Scrape and grate the carrots. Put the grated carrots in boiling water, boil for two minutes.
  2. Remove and drain.
  3. Whip the curd and mustard powder together.
  4. Add salt and sugar. Mix the curd mixture and carrot. Mix well, keep in a cool place.
