You will need –
- 500 gms fresh cauliflower
- 2 green chilies
- 1 tblsp. chopped coriander leaves
- 1 tblsp. fresh grated coconut or roasted powdered peanuts
- juice of 1 lemon
- salt and sugar to taste
- Grate the cauliflower coarsely and steam for two or three minutes without pressure.
- Remove and cool. Grind the chilies coarsely and add to the cauliflower with all the other ingredients.
- Mix well.
