  • 3 eggs
  • 50 gm butter
  • 2 lemons



  • Beat the eggs gradually by adding the sugar
  • Add lemon juice and beat well.
  • add finely sliced lemon rind (nimbu ka chilka).
  • Cook on double boiler until thick and creamy.
